At Moser Family & Cosmetic Dentistry, we strive to render excellent dental care to you and the rest of our patients. We value our patient’s time, and in order to provide all with the best experience, we created the following policy:
- When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been reserved for you and Dr. Moser or one of our hygienists, ONLY.
- Our automatic system will send an email reminder within a month, a text message within 1 week, and a personal courtesy call or text 2 days prior to your appointment time.
- In the event that you need to reschedule your appointment, we require that you give our office a 48 hours’ notice by calling us at 512-3610932 during business hours.
- 1st Late Cancellation/No-show: A fee of $75 will be charged to you. It will not be billed to your insurance.
- 2nd Late Cancellation/ No-show: A fee of $75 will be charged to you. It will not be billed to your insurance. 50% of your treatment fee will then be due before reserving an appointment.
