SprintRay ® 3D printer, TX

Thanks to recent advances in technology, design, and materials, the role of 3D printers in dentistry is rapidly expanding out from dental labs and into individual practices. In-office dental 3D printing helps improve the efficiency and enables us to meet your dental needs, significantly reducing manufacturing times and gives Dr. Moser full control of the design. 3D printing makes products that are accurate and consistent. Reducing delivery time as products are made in our office and we no longer depend of dental labs to manufacture products for us. At Moser Family and Cosmetic Dentistry, we create the following products with our 3D printer

Clear aligners

Our clear aligners are custom-made to fit your teeth, providing a comfortable and discreet solution to straighten your smile. Unlike traditional metal braces, clear aligners are removable, making it easy to brush and floss your teeth while undergoing treatment. With our in-house 3D printing capability, we can quickly manufacture clear aligners and adjust them as needed, ensuring the best possible outcome for your smile. The accuracy and consistency of 3D printing technology also results in a smoother and more efficient treatment process.

Provisionals

Our 3D printed provisionals, including temporary bridges and crowns, provide a seamless, aesthetic solution for patients who require temporary dental work. Unlike traditional provisional materials, 3D printed materials are more durable and have a higher level of precision, leading to better fit and comfort for patients. With our in-office 3D printing capability, we can quickly produce provisional restorations, including temporary bridges and crowns, reducing the wait time between treatment approval and final placement. This allows us to provide patients with an improved overall experience and a higher level of care.

Nightguards

Now we can provide splints and nightguards to help maintain the integrity of your restorative and orthodontic work. For a comfortable fit that provides both flexure and excellent resistance to wear, with the innovative NightGuard Flex resin. This material becomes flexible at body temperature, meaning it conforms perfectly to your anatomy, making it extremely comfortable to wear.

How do I get started?

Getting started is as easy as scheduling a consultation with Dr. Moser. The process is as easy as scan, plan, correct:

1. Scan: At your consultation, Dr. Moser will take a highly-detailed 3D scan of your mouth, no need for those sticky and messy imprints. This detailed scan allows here to identify any and all issues.

2. Plan: Using the data from your scan, Dr. Moser cerates a customized and unique treatment plan just for you. Your final treatment plan includes a series of clear aligners that will progressively move your teeth into the desired positions, giving you the beautiful smile you’ve always dreamed of.

3. Correct: Wear your clear aligners for a minimum of 20-22 hours per day, and you’ll end up with the smile you’ve always wanted! Dr. Moser will meet with you throughout your treatment to check progress, identify issues, and give you new aligners.

It really is just that simple, and at the end you have a brand-new smile! If you would like to learn more or think that SureSmile® clear aligners are the right choice for you, call Moser Family & Cosmetic Dentistry today at (512)361-0932 to schedule your consultation!
